FREE DELIVERY SERVICE INFORMATION

  • Delivery Days

    We do local delivery from Monday to Saturday on the postcodes listed here. You can choose from the delivery options on the check out page.

    For public holidays, we will put a notification in advance if we will not have delivery schedules on those days.

    You will receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery. Once you receive the email, the delivery window is within 3 hours from when you receive the notification. If you have a preferred time of delivery, please write it on the costumer comments section on check-out. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet all the request but it will definitely be considered when we schedule our delivery routing for the day.

    Depending on the total amount purchased and the delivery area, we offer FREE DELIVERY SERVICE as noted on this section. Orders will be dispatched within 3 days from order date.

  • Next day delivery service applies from Monday to Saturday. No cut off time for orders placed Sunday to Thursday for next day delivery.

    Cut off time for orders placed on a Friday, for next day delivery on a Saturday, is 12:00.

    Any orders placed on Friday after 12:00 and orders placed on Saturday, with “next day delivery” option chosen, will be delivered on a Monday.

    DELIVERY TO OTHER AREAS OTHER THAN POSTCODES LISTED OR DELIVERY OUTSIDE WA

    We offer delivery to other areas not on the postcode list and outside Western Australia through third party courier service. The delivery cost will be dependent on the courier company. The shipping fee will be calculated on check out.
